The reference is space occupied in the repository, including metadata, not the sum of the logical size of every version. Deduplication does not mean unlimited storage.

Does each backup multiply the capacity I need?
The full size of every version is not added together. Repository usage includes stored data and metadata. Repeated blocks within that repository are reused; new data and retained versions still take up space.
Which plan do my servers need?
Start with the data you want to protect and allow headroom for changes and retained versions. Website count alone does not determine storage. We can help estimate it before you subscribe.
Are unlimited retention or servers included?
No. Retention, servers, capacity and support will be confirmed in your proposal before activation. Assisted migrations and other professional interventions are quoted separately when not included.
Can I subscribe or pay now?
Not yet. You can create your ALMC account and discuss your requirements. Prices remain indicative while we validate service activation; no payment is requested and no subscription is activated.
Agree capacity and scope before subscribing
Confirm retention, server count, included support and recovery terms. Professional interventions and assisted migrations require a quote when not explicitly included; we do not promise unlimited human support.
