Sell without a connection
You issue, print and charge without a network, and everything syncs itself as soon as the connection comes back.
Reservation storefront + synced POS
Publish your catalogue, take reservations to collect and pay in store, control stock across locations and connect one or more POS registers to the same panel when your operation needs them.

One operation, every channel
The customer browses the catalogue, reserves a variant and receives a code. The store confirms, prepares and hands it over; storefront stock and POS activity remain connected to the same panel.
Catalogue, variants, prices and availability at an address ready to share.
No account or online payment, just a name, phone number and tracking code.
The quantity is held in the online pool and the store decides whether to confirm the request.
Payment at the counter, a local sale and panel sync when a connection is available.
Local POS + online sync
If the network goes down, the POS can keep issuing receipts, taking payments and printing. Each operation is stored locally on your computer and syncs with the panel when the connection returns, so an in-progress sale does not depend on a server response.
01 / Getting started
Install it on a compatible Windows 10 or 11 PC and connect the peripherals you already use at the counter.
You enter the activation code shown in your panel and your register is ready to go.
Open the register, take payments, print receipts and check recorded stock from the same workstation.
02 / The system
ALMC Commerce brings offline POS, catalogue, stock, staff, reporting and reservations together in one system.
You issue, print and charge without a network, and everything syncs itself as soon as the connection comes back.
Each receipt is issued with its own fingerprint and linked to the one before it. On sync, the server validates numbering, hash and series continuity.
You void or refund a sale and the operation stays chained just like any other receipt.
You run several stores and registers from a single account, each register with its own receipt series.
Your catalogue treats every size and colour variant as its own product, with its own stock.
You upload your whole catalogue from a CSV file instead of adding products one by one.
You add a new product right from the register, even offline, and sell it immediately.
Physical stock, the online pool and reservations are coordinated; if a request exceeds availability, it remains pending for the store to confirm.
Each staff member has their own PIN. When they sign in at the register, sales and closings can be attributed to their user.
You close the register with a full Z-report, print it on the receipt printer and reprint it whenever you need to.
You check sales, average ticket, payment method, VAT, best-selling products and cash counts, and export them all to CSV.
Your customer reserves a product from your online storefront and collects and pays for it at your counter.

03 / Real retail
A catalogue with sizes, colours and stock by variant, so you can check the recorded quantity of each after synchronisation.
Take payments quickly, complete the Z-report closing and keep selling if the wifi connection drops.
Several stores and registers under one account, with reports you can compare against each other.
04 / Traceability
Royal Decree 1007/2023 sets requirements for billing records. In ALMC Commerce, every receipt is generated with its own fingerprint linked to the previous one, and each register keeps its own series. When the register syncs, the server validates numbering, hash and chain continuity.
How the invoicing register worksEach receipt fingerprint includes a reference to the previous record in its series.
Each record includes a fingerprint calculated from its data and the reference to the previous record.
The receipt your customer gets includes a QR code with that data.
On every sync, the server checks numbering, hash and continuity.
05 / Hardware
ALMC Commerce is installed on a compatible Windows 10 or 11 computer. Before activation, we review the computer, printer and scanner with you. If you would rather not handle the hardware, you can choose an optional pack installed and configured for your workflow.

You can complete the sale and issue the receipt while offline. The operation stays on the computer and synchronises with the panel when the network returns; the server then validates numbering, hash and series continuity.
You need a compatible Windows 10 or 11 computer. A thermal printer and barcode scanner are optional additions depending on your workflow; we will review the setup with you before activating the register.
Yes. You add new stores and registers to the same account as your business grows, and each one runs independently: you open it, close it and manage it on its own. What you do share is the panel, where you compare sales and reports across all of them at once.
Each staff member has their own PIN. When they identify themselves at the register, sales and closings can be attributed to their user, and their history remains available after deactivation.
A slip of paper and a clear number: the Z-report prints from your thermal printer with the day's total, and you can reprint it as many times as you need. Want more detail? Your panel breaks that same day down by VAT, average ticket, payment method and product, and you export it to CSV for whoever handles your books.
Yes, every size and every colour count as separate units for stock. If you have three units of a pair of trousers left in blue and none in black, you see that clearly from the register or the panel, and you sell or restock each combination separately without mixing up the numbers.
07 / Your demo
Tell us how many stores and registers you have, what you sell, and whether you want to begin with reservations, the POS or both. We will review your request and prepare a demo around your operation.
