What most customers ask before getting started.
What is VeriFactu and who is obliged to use it?
VeriFactu is the system from the Spanish tax authority (AEAT) that requires invoicing systems to generate an electronic record of each invoice with a chained digital fingerprint. It affects all self-employed and companies operating in Spain, with a progressive timetable depending on taxpayer type. More detail in our VeriFactu blog guide.
How long does the integration take?
With the official plugin for your e-commerce (WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Shopify, Stripe): less than 5 minutes. Via direct API: one HTTPS call. The documentation includes snippets in PHP, Python, Node.js, Go and cURL.
What if AEAT changes the regulation tomorrow?
Each regulatory change is applied transparently in the backend. Your integration does not change: we take care of the technical compliance. That is why a SaaS is safer than maintaining your own implementation.
How are my digital certificates protected?
Envelope encryption HKDF + AES-256-GCM. Each tenant has its own derived key, and PFX certificates are stored encrypted at rest. Passwords are also encrypted independently. External audit yearly.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, no lock-in. Cancel from the panel in one click and keep access until the end of the billed cycle. Your data remains exportable for 30 days after cancellation per GDPR.
