Welcome to ALMC SECURITY S.L.U. (hereinafter, 'the Company'). These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our digital services and products (hereinafter, 'the Service'), offered through our website almc.es. By registering for or using our Service, you (hereinafter, 'the User') agree to be legally bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance and Purpose of the Service
The purpose of the Service is to provide cybersecurity solutions, development, and digital products such as the 'ALMC Trust Seal'. Acceptance of these terms is an essential requirement for using the Service. If you do not agree, you must not use it.
2. User Accounts
To access certain features, the User must create an account, providing truthful and up-to-date information. The User is solely responsible for the confidentiality of their password and all activity that occurs on their account. The Company reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these terms.
3. Payment and Subscription Terms (if applicable)
Some of our Services may require a payment or a recurring subscription. Prices will be indicated in Euros (€) and do not include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated. Payments will be made through the indicated payment gateways. Subscriptions will automatically renew for the same period unless the User cancels their subscription before the renewal date.

All contents of the website and the Service (software, texts, logos) are the exclusive property of ALMC SECURITY S.L.U. The User is granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these terms. Reverse engineering, decompilation, or any attempt to obtain the source code of our software is prohibited.

The User agrees not to use the Service for illegal, fraudulent, or rights-infringing purposes. It is forbidden to use the Service to transmit malware, carry out phishing attacks, send spam, or any activity that could compromise the security or integrity of our platform or other users.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided 'as is'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALMC SECURITY S.L.U. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
7. Termination
The Company may suspend or terminate the User's access to the Service immediately and without prior notice if it determines that there has been a breach of these terms. The User can cancel their account at any time from the settings panel.
8. Modifications and Applicable Law
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. These terms are governed by Spanish law, and any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Lleida.
