  • Diagnóstico: pago por adelantado. Entrega de informe técnico y plan de acción (24 h).
  • Deducción total: aplicable al mismo dominio/proyecto durante 30 días desde el informe.
  • Standard (SLA 24 h) y Express (SLA 4–8 h): requieren depósito para iniciar.
  • No resoluble: sin acceso a hosting/credenciales, backups inexistentes/dañados, daño irreversible del proveedor, bloqueo legal o causas fuera de nuestro control.
  • Fuera de alcance: desarrollo a medida, rediseños, migraciones complejas, licencias de terceros, costes de hosting/DNS/WAF. Se cotizan aparte.
  • Garantía: monitorización y soporte post-limpieza durante 72 h (Express) o 48 h (Standard) frente a reinfección por el mismo vector sin cambios del cliente.
  • Facturación: precios sin IVA. Deducciones y depósitos se reflejan en la factura final.
Ejemplo rápido: Diagnóstico 149 € → Limpieza Standard 599 € → Pagas 599 € − 149 € = 450 € + IVA. Si no es resoluble, sólo 149 €.
