WhatsBoost lets you connect WhatsApp to your business to send, receive, and automate messages from your own systems (CRM, e-commerce, support, or custom apps): event-triggered messages (order confirmation, status changes, reminders, appointments, incidents), follow-up notifications, contact and conversation management, automations via API and webhooks (n8n/Zapier/Make), and store integration (PrestaShop/WooCommerce) for post-purchase and support.

If you sign up for any paid plan with annual billing, you pay up to 20% less than with monthly billing. Because the annual amount is paid upfront and is non-refundable, the annual plan can only be activated once you have been using WhatsBoost for at least 3 months; until then, use monthly billing.

No. Once you complete the initial QR-code linking, our platform connects directly to WhatsApp's infrastructure, letting you send and receive messages without depending on your phone being on or connected.

Yes. Depending on your plan (Pro or Enterprise), you can link multiple WhatsApp accounts to manage different business lines from a single dashboard.

Yes. WhatsBoost connects with your favorite tools: get real-time notifications of incoming messages and trigger automated workflows in Zapier, Make, n8n, or any system you use. Includes a full API and webhook support.

None in particular: you just need your WhatsApp Business number for the initial QR-code linking. Everything else is managed comfortably from our centralized web dashboard.

Yes, we're fully GDPR-compliant. As a platform, we act as data processor and provide the tools you need, as data controller, to meet your legal obligations (consent management, opt-out, right to information).

The card validates that you are a real person and keeps fraudulent accounts away from the platform (and your number). Only a card validation is performed: there is no charge for signing up or for using the free plan. If you pick a paid plan, the only charge is the plan itself.
