Everything ALMC Commerce does

Here's a closer look at the six pieces of ALMC Commerce: the counter register, the catalogue and its stock, the staff who use it, end-of-day closing and reports, the storefront with reservations, and what the owner controls from admin.

The register

What is the ALMC Commerce register like day to day?

The register charges, prints and saves every sale without depending on the connection. It connects to your ESC/POS thermal printer over the network or as a Windows printer, opens the cash drawer and reads your usual barcode scanner. The receipt carries your logo, header and footer, at 58 or 80 mm, and the machine boots straight into kiosk mode.

Staff

How do you keep track of your staff from the register?

Each staff member has their own PIN and can sign in when opening or closing the register. When they do, sales and closings can be attributed to their user. Deactivating someone does not erase their history: their past operations remain available. From the panel you handle new hires, edits and PIN resets.

Closing and reports

What do you see at closing time, and what does ALMC Commerce report?

You close the day with a full Z-report, printed on your thermal printer and reprintable whenever you like. Your panel breaks sales down by average ticket, best-selling product, payment method and VAT, and compares every cash count with an alert if it does not add up. You also check cash movements and export everything to CSV.

Reservations and storefront

How do the ALMC Commerce storefront and reservations work?

Your storefront lives at its own web address, which you can change from the panel. A customer reserves it with their name and phone number, without creating any account, and gets a code to collect and pay for it at your counter. If the stock is already reserved, the reservation stays pending confirmation. A reservation nobody collects releases itself.

Admin

What does the owner control from admin?

You manage several stores and registers from a single account, each register with its own receipt series. If a register needs reinstalling, you generate a new activation code from the panel. Updates arrive signed, with the option to roll back, and every sync checks a register's fingerprint and chain to catch a possible clone.

You know what it does. Size comes next: the levels are measured by registers and stores, not by features.
