About this product
The TP-Link TL-SG1008D is a Gigabit Ethernet switch with eight auto-negotiating 10/100/1000 Mbps RJ45 ports and Auto MDI/MDIX. It is designed to extend a wired network and uses a non-blocking switching architecture that, according to the manufacturer, forwards and filters packets at wire speed. It supports IEEE 802.3X flow control in full-duplex mode and backpressure in half-duplex mode. It includes MAC address auto-learning and auto-updating, as well as LEDs for power, connection and activity. The housing is plastic and the unit can be placed on a desk or mounted on a wall. It is supplied with an external power adapter, quick installation guide and resource CD.
